Adam Brackman, Jeff Kaplan, and Monte Large, all native Houstonians, make up the urban team of Urban Deal. Urban Deal is looking to create opportunities in the market in response to these macro trends. We strongly believe that through strategic relationships with urban developers, brokers, and hip urban retailers, we can increase the speed and efficiency of urban deal making.

Urban Deal is an urban brokerage and consulting company. We work with land owners, developers and retailers focused on urban, mixed-use and sustainable development. Our strengths are urban retail site selection, land brokerage, and project consultation through the entire process of development. Over time, our team has strengthened our focus on these issues by becoming involved with the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Rice Design Alliance, Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and others.
